The planning permission and fire certificate were obtained by O' Flynn Architects for this Craft Coffee House in Newbridge. We also carried out the subsequent sign off on all relevant building regulations, and on the planning permission, after the works were complete. The contractor and the client did a great job on the bespoke fit out.
